Plot
The episode starts with Blood Stalk inserting Fullbottles in a Best Match order into the Pandora Box's panel. Juzaburo Nanba who was currently in his disguise of Masakuni Midou, had his hands full conducting an opera.
Meanwhile, Seito has launched many Hard Guardians to invade Touto, The three Riders finaally arrive and see the mass destruction occurring at their territory. They start to battle the Hard Guardians, and noticed that they are different and stronger than usual.
Both Misora Isurugi and Taizan Himuro launches their screams, as they witness the Skywall crashing down due to the Pandora's Panel.
After the Panel was fully filled, Blood Sralk walks out and meets the Riders, while he is surrounded with Hard Guardians.
He then praises the tower as it begins to form itself, and talks about the Pandora Tower's construction. This word instantly caught Build's attention, as he repeated it.
Blood Stalk walks over to them and declares that this day is just to claim war. The next time they attack, they won't take it easy. As everywhere is collapsing, Nanba is in the car with Nariaki Utsumi, holding a screen to have a chat with Taizan Himuro.
Taizan is shocked of the destruction they have caused, and tells Nanba that they've made a promise, that once they win the proxy battle, the war ends. Nanba explained that they didn't lost the battle, just witnessed it, and asks Utsumi whether he agrees or not. Utsumi answers him with a simple nod.
Later, they were at a meeting with the prime minister. He explains of the damages that Seito could affect to Touto and Hokuto. After the discussion, it transitions into the Nanba Heavy Industries building. Blood Stalk switches the prime minister's face back to Nanba, and he admires himself. Utsumi heads over there and gives him a back massage. Nanba tells Blood Stalk that he still doesn't trust him.
Back at the Nascita Caffe, Kazumi Sawatari, Ryuuga Banjou and Sento Kiryuu was just sitting around tables. Kazumi stands up and begins to leave, before Sento asks where is he off to. He explains that he wants to head back to Hokuto, and Sento starts to quarrel with the guy. Kazumi, frustrated, turns around and begins to leave before he stumbled in front of Misora. He stares at her for a minute before staggering away.
Ryuuga talks to Sento that he could have at least saved Grease's friends, and that Sento was the one who swore to fight for love and peace. Misora tells them both that she understands. Ryuuga also takes his opportunity to leave.
Sento heads out to the Touto government and finds Taizan Himuro staring at the Touto logo. Sento then approaches him and asks for a Dollark, and he gives him one.
Kazumi has finally made his way to the Sky Road, where he suddenly heard a sound of a sneeze. He finds Ryuuga sitting in the middle of the road, and asks him what brings him there. Ryuuga said he came there to stop him, and also wanted to fight, but the cold weather changes attitudes, that makes people don't feel like dying.
Suddenly, Kazumi's phone starts to alarm, and he looks at the latest video of Mii-tan. He watched the video, which was about her asking to fight and protect the country.
After the video ended, Ryuuga asked what is she doing so early. Kazumi lifts his bag and explains that Mii-tan is everyone's idol. He continuously knocks Ryuuga with the bag while explaining his backstory, that back at the fields, all of his friends would be so hyped up to watch Mii-tan videos.
The approaching Blood Stalk arrives and claims that he came here to finish what he started yesterday. Kazumi and Ryuuga then transforms into Grease and Cross Z Charge and fights Blood Stalk. The Remocon and Engine Brothers also began to fight them.
Misora is checking a bag for tickets of doing activities with Mii-tan, hoping she can persuade Grease with it.
In a while, Grease and Cross Z were defeated, and Blood Stalk sarcastically sympathized them, on saying that–that's all the Kamen Riders have to offer? A familiar voice appears behind them, where Sento comes out holding the Hazard Trigger.
He inserts it to his belt along with the Full Full Rabbit Tank Bottle, set at the rabbit's side. He transforms into the form and explained that he was the one who asked for love and peace, and to protect everyone.
On hearing this, it gives Grease some motivation. Grease then said that he doesn't want to fight because his friends told him to, but because it was Mii-tan's request.
He goes towards Build and knocks his shoulder, and claims that he will fight in Touto, and end the war alongside with his friends. They started fighting, with all of their might. It was too much for the Remocon and ENgine Bros, so they just fused to Hell Bros. Rai Washio then hides in a canyon.
Build and Grease then successfully defeats Hell Bros. Meanwhile with Cross Z, he was busy fighting Blood Stalk, Suddenly, Rai called out to them, and told them to give up their Fullbottles. He was holding Misora as a hostage, and attempts to annihilate her if they refuse.
Grease and Cross Z shouts her name in distress. Suddenly, her eyes opened, but she had green pupils. Blood Sralk slowly turned and Build was stunned. He remembered those eyes when she threw the Skywall down.
She threw Rai away and introduced herself. She explained that she was the Queen of Mars, named Vernage.
