Kazumi Sawatari (猿渡 一海 Sawatari Kazumi) is the leader of the Hokuto Three Crows team, and also Kamen Rider Grease (仮面ライダーグリス Kamen Raidā Gurisu). He uses the Robot Sclashjelly to transform. He also uses the Sclash Driver where he got from Soichi Isurugi to fight, which makes him more craving for battles. He is portrayed by Kouhei Takeda.
History
In The Weaponry Hero, Kazumi Sawatari was in his Rider form, Grease. He was walking through the dead bodies of all the robots that the two Kamen Riders has successfully slashed.
In Rider War Starts, Kazumi jumped the ditch and fell on the solid ground, beside Ryuuga Banjou. He then craved for a fight, before punching a monster after shaking a Fullbottle.
In the end of the episode, Kazumi came, with the Sclash Driver in tow, asking his lackeys of why they fought without him.
In The Golden Soldier, Kazumi transformed into Kamen Rider Grease and fought against Cross Z Charge, after his minions has assured him to get back the Hokuto Fullbottles. After Grease almost killed Cross Z Charge, Misora Isurugi came out from hiding and went to help him up to his feet. Kazumi, staring at Misora, suddenly lost his creed for fighting and reverted back to normal. He then walked away and told his minions that there is no need to take back the Fullbottles, therefore he can get it anytime. Ryuuga asked how did he get the Sclash Driver, and he replied that he got it from some "weird old man", before leaving.
Later, he made a video of him transforming into Grease, which Gentoku and many other people watched. He had to ask the Hokuto Three Crows to film and hold back some people, during the video. He said if the people around the three states be good, in return they will be safe. If they handover their Fullbottles. Otherwise, he will go rough and fight them till the end.
Later, surprisingly the Touto government troops showed up in front of his own doors. He shuffled his way down the staircase while performing some warm ups. He then stuck out his hand, which is wielding the Sclash Driver before placing it on his abdomen, which made a strap for the belt appear an instant later. He took out the brownish Sclashjelly, Robot, and stuffed it into the slot on his belt. He raised his hand and the side of him, and quickly motioned his hand the opposite direction is was, before saying the transformation phrase and striking the lever on his belt.
As he gets flowed into the Snap Ride Builder, the jelly fell on his head, and peels off all the unnecessary access to the ground where it slowly fades. He is Kamen Rider Grease. He slowly lowered his hand as the Twin Breaker breaks free, and charges to them. They had a very rough battle, where Sento and Ryuuga managed to catch up o.
After beating all the monsters, Grease turned his head, and in his surprise reveals Sento and Ryuuga. He didn't expected them to see him here. Sento took out the Sclash Driver and made a fail attempt to transform into Cross Z Charge, where Ryuuga soulfully tells him that if he dies, Misora will be sad for him. Ryuuga transformed into Cross Z Charge and begun fighting Kazumi. Grease exclaimed in his creed, that he was waiting for a battle like this.
As they fought, Grease finally found the weak point of him and managed to make Cross Z Charge to revert back to his human self. Grease prepared his Scrap Break, planning to dash forward with his quick speed and kick Ryuuga, before Build comes in the way and gets the hit instead. Grease takes the fallen Fullbottles from Sento, with the Hokuto Three Crows supporting him.
He kicked Sento to make more Fullbottles fall out, which happened, as his lackeys retrieve them and cheer him on. Suddenly, Sawa Takigawa broke into the scene with Misora in the car. Sawa jerked the car to a stop, and Misora launched Sento two decent Fullbottles, which he inserted to the slots of his belt. PandaRocket...
Castle Smash attempted to fire a destroying beam at the car which was making it's way out, but Kazumi reverted to human form and punched the Smash in the gut. He looked at the car, before picking up his phone and looking at the main screen.
He couldn't believe his eyes. He knew the girl... She was his favorite person. It was his idol Miitan! He looked at the image and posed while saying Miitan's name.

Personality
Kazumi has mentioned that he gets lost very often, and due to him using the Sclash Driver, gets more eager to fight. He has a very high Hazard Level, that allows him to transform and have high power. Kazumi's favorite idol is Miitan, which causes him to halt his fighting every time he sees her.
Kazumi also craves for fighting, but when he is normal, he hurts himself due to it. He is also a fighting blood-thirsty leader who wants to claim every Fullbottle from the three states that had split Japan, what Yoshiko Tajimi has commanded him.
Transformations
Kazumi will take the Robot Sclashjelly into his hand which firmly inserts the jelly into the Sclash Driver. He lifts up his hand and says the phrase to transform, flipping his palm to the opposite direction is was at, and immediately uses the other hand to strike down the lever.
He gets flowed into the Snap Ride Builder, as the grease in the goes higher to his head level and he breaks out. His head will get splashed by a jelly and he breaks free from it.
