"Panda! Rocket! Best Match! Are you ready? Buttobi monotone! RocketPanda!" - RocketPanda announcement.

RocketPanda (ロケットパンダ Roketto Panda) is a Best Match in Kamen Rider Build, provided by the two Fullbottles Rocket and Panda. He debuted in Kamen Rider Build Episode 7: The Devil's Scientist, where he defeated Strong Smash Hazard and gained the Lock Fullbottle. The suit is portrayed by Seiji Takaiwa, with the voice of Atsuhiro Inukai.

Appearance

His face has the generic pattern of Build stripes, with the black under suit. His left eye is based on a panda's face, and the right eye is a blue rocket pointing backwards. He has the cover on his back, similar to every Build suit. His left hand has the bottom of the rocket but upside down. Under it is a brief hint of the under suit, and any lower is the blue remarks on rocket. It is also armed with the Space Ride Arm His chest is striped as blue and white, and at his stomach is black.

His right arm is the panda arm, which is mostly right, which is also armed with the Giant Scratcher. He wears the Build Driver, with the two bulky Fullbottles inserted upside down.

On the side of his hips have the blue and white covers, and the right leg, is rocket, the left is panda in their respective colors.

Powers and Abilities

RocketPanda is capable of flight, as he is armed with the Space Ride Arm, for the Rocket Fullbottle. At his other hand has the Giant Scratcher, that makes him able to slash his enemies with the sharp claws.

The Space Ride Arm is also capable of flying off him and knock the enemies, and can also grant him flight. Being a Best Match, his finisher move is the Vortex Finish.
