Haruto Souma

"Now, it's showtime" - Haruto's phrase before battle.

Haruto Souma (操真 晴人 Sōma Haruto) is the protagonist of Kamen Rider Wizard. He was a victim of the eclipse thing and now fights as a Wizard to protect people from creating Phantoms.He uses the WizarDriver with the Magic Rings to transform into Kamen Rider Wizard, which were given by White Wizard. Haruto is portrayed by Shunya Shiraishi. His child actor is Nakashima Kaito.

Personality

Haruto likes specifically plain sugar donuts rather than any other flavors, that could be somewhat annoying to the doughnut shop manager.

After the White Wizard told him about hope, he got a strong feeling of the word, and doesn't want to make anyone fall to despair, and he will never let anyone lost hope, no matter how hard and bad the situation could be.

He is not willing to let anyone fall to despair, whether it's a rider or not, a friend or not, he will never give up on them.

It is also tough for Haruto to forgive himself, and he has a very strong guilt after his parents died of the same car crash.

Haruto has a good bond with Koyomi Fueki, along with his three more friends, Rinko Daimon, Kousuke Nitou and Shunpei Nara. He also gives himself a positive outlook, even though he gives out his emotionless face.

His line after he transforms to wizard is "Now it's showtime (さあ、ショータイムだ! Saa, shōtaimu da!), before fighting as Kamen Rider Wizard.

Transformations

Haruto takes out the Driver On Magic Ring and hovers his right hand over the WizarDriver. He then flips the switches on the side of the belt, and turn it to the transforming mode, take out a transforming ring and puts it on his left hand. He flips the face on the ring. He lays his left hand in front of the WizarDriver. He says the transforming phrase before a whatsoever colored wall touches him, while playing it's jingle. After the wall passes him, he is in his Kamen Rider form.
