Victory of Tears

Victory of Tears (涙のビクトリー Namida no Bikutorī) is the 22th episode of the series Kamen Rider Build. It features a new Hazard form for Sento Kiryuu, which is HawkGatling Hazard, along with the televised appearance of the forms ToraUFO, KujiraJet and KirinCyclone, as they first appeared in Kamen Rider Build: Raising the Hazard Level -7 New Best Matches-. Kamen Rider Rogue also gets a brief appearance.

The episode was written by Shogo Muto. The director for the episode was Satoshi Morota. The air date was on February, 11, 2018.

The episode starts with Sento and Kazumi Sawatari staring at each other. The announcer told them to get ready, and so they did. Sento transformed into RabbitTank form and Kazumi transformed into Kamen Rider Grease.

It switched towards thousands of people watching it in live screens, including Touto workers, Taizan Himuro, Blood Stalk, Toshiko Tajimi and Masakuni Mido.

They were on their marks, get set, and they fought. Misora, Sawa, Akaba and Kiba watched from opposite directions. While fighting, Sento kept switching forms, which he started off with RoseCopter. In Grease's surprise, he asked Sento where he got the Hokuto Fullbottles.

Next, he transformed into ToraUFO and fought him. Grease saw he had a Seito Best Match, but how? The Seito troops won't simply give up their supplies. He transformed into KujiraJet and used his Voltech finishers. Grease suddenly realized how he got it. It made sense all the sudden. It was Blood Stalk. But why would he help him?

Toshiko turned to Stalk and asked him why did he gave Sento the Seito Fullbottles, and he replied that if Grease wins, all the Fullbottles will be in Hokuto's hands. She, in joy, heard and laugh gleefully, before continuously watching.

He takes out the Hazard Trigger and stares of at it. Misora looks down at the switch he gave her earlier yesterday, and Sawa asks what is it.

Before the battle, Ryuuga Banjou has scolded Sento for wanting to fight him, complaining that he was not going to survive. Sento told him that Ryuuga was scared to use the Sclash Driver, and scared to snap out of control. He took a banana and offered it towards him, before Ryuuga gets angry and storms out of the room. Misora looks at Sento coldly. Sento heads towards her and hands her something, a switch. He told her that tomorrow he is in need to fight for Touto's sake, and if the battle gets out of hand, he needs to transform into Hazard. He explained that the switch is need to be used when he snaps out of control. He told her the switch will revert him back to normal if triggered.

She knew that wasn't true, and demanded for more explanation, which he eventually blurted the truth. It was that if the switch is triggered, the power in the Hazard Trigger will overload it and blow up the Hazard Trigger and himself. She asked him does he wants her to commit a murder, and he said he has no choice. He explains that he isn't even human, and she tries to deny that! She knows it's not true, and it never will be!

She opens his hand and puts the switch in his hand, while continuously repeating that she can't use it, and she doesn't want to kill anyone. He begs her to, but she continue to yell at him in rebel.

In present time, Misora looks down at the switch. Build stares at his Hazard Trigger, says he has no choice and sticks it in his Build Driver. He transforms into Hazard.

Blood Stalk watches and told himself that he was forced to use it anyways, all else he wouldn't be able to win.

He started fighting him as Hazard, and later adds in Hawk and Gatling Fullbottles into the slots. He fights him as that.

Sawa runs all the way back to the Nascita Caffe and tells Ryuuga that Sento transformed into Hazard. Ryuuga explains that he can't do anything about that. Sawa asked Ryuuga, does he even care if he dies? Ryuuga considered...

At sundown, they were still locked in battle. Suddenly, Sento started losing his mind. The Hazard Trigger was taking over his mind! He started to get dizzy, asking it to not strike him. That moment, it strike dead center of his brain and the suit fell silent. Grease stared for a moment, before the suit slowly lifted it's head and ran straightly to Grease. He started fiercely fighting Grease, but Grease didn't knew that Sento's consciousness just jerked out of his brain.

Grease started exclaiming that he wanted this fight, and kept fighting on. HawkGatling Hazard takes his weapon and started shooting him, flying about and striking him around. Grease got brutally injured cause of this, with his lackeys screaming his name. Build swooped Grease up to the air, before using his Voltech Finish and blasting him in the sky.

As he fell, the crows were yelling non-stop now, until he hit the ground with a smash. He transformed back and his members watched. The announcer claimed the winner.

Meanwhile in the previous seen places, everyone was cheering, and everyone at Touto were happy again. Toshiko was in surprise, and Masakuni was clapping, claiming that it was good that he won. HawkGatling Hazard turned back to Kazumi and picked him up from his collar, and attempts to punch him with a powerful beat. As he let his hand move to him, Misora shouted Sento to stop, before looking down, to cover the grisly view, and when looking up again, she saw Build was stopped from punching him by Cross Z Charge. Kazumi saw, and praised a bit and fell limp, recoiling to the ground and landing on his back.

Cross Z Charge started fighting the savage Hazard, getting powerfully beaten by him, but not falling once. He then continuously told Sento to snap out of it, get back his mind, but nothing worked. He was almost beat, buzzing out of control. He couldn't let everyone suffer, so he punched himself back together and gained composure. He took out the Dragon Fullbottle and inserted it to his Twin Breaker, using Scrap Finish and beating Sento to his senses. That's when they both reverted normal, causing Kazumi to lift another praise for Ryuuga. His members attended the wounded Kazumi. Kazumi admitted that he lost the battle. Akaba jokingly told Kazumi that Syuuya must be laughing at him, saying that he can't do anything without him. Kazumi purposely lied, saying he doesn't know who "Syuuya" is, before Kiba cut it out. He looked back at Aoba's name tag.

Sento looked at Ryuuga, and said that he stopped him. Ryuuga agreed, before looking at Misora who is currently weeping at Sawa's tow. He let out a relief.

Meanwhile, Toshiko couldn't bear with Grease losing, before taking out her hand phone and calling her troops. Blood Stalk snatched her phone, telling her that Hokuto has lost the proxy battle, so they can't continue.

Seito troops arrived and surrounded Toshiko. Toshiko is angry, knowing that Blood Stalk betrayed her, and Blood Stalk explained that she got the wrong idea. The truth is, Blood Stalk was never on her side. She was captured to custody, as Masakuni has commanded. Suddenly, a mysterious figure, holding a dead Touto minion came into the scene. Blood Stalk turned and looked at him, telling him that he did quite a fast job executing the Touto minions. The figure was shown to be Kamen Rider Rogue.
