"Time is memory," - Owner after defeating Station Master in a fried rice competition.

The Owner (オーナー Ōnā) is one of the members in Kamen Rider Den-O. He is the owner of the Den-Liner, and also Hana's contractor. Owner has claimed that only those with a Rider Pass or at the very least, a ticket is able to go on board the Den-Liner which is capable to move through time. Also,, by being the owner of the train, he doesn't enjoy seeing people fight when they are on the Den-Liner.

Owner also has Passage Denial tickets, which are capable of throwing unwanted passengers of the Den-Liner if they have no pass, and drop them in the middle of time. He is portrayed by Kenjirou Ishimaru.

Personality

Owner seems to sometimes speak in complex riddles and nature of time presence. He also seems to enjoy eating fried rice, and challenge himself to stop whenever the flag inside it falls. In return, the end of the series, Owner gets challenged to a fried rice eating competition against his rival Station Master and succeeds. And that time, he was given golden utensils, the legendary God spoon for the challenge.

Most people says that Station Master and Owner looks similar, but Owner replies that it is just their imagination.

Owner also has a gentle soul with some passengers and helps people to get back to their respected timelines. Owner also had a possession of the Master Pass before Gaoh stole it from him.
